Our factory is located in our Bromsgrove, UK HQ. The expansive 180,000 of square feet maximises our manufacturing capabilities, allowing for multiple production lines at once. This significantly reduces production and delivery times for our commercial and residential swimming pool ventilation air handling units, making us market-leaders in the space.
Our factory is full of our highly-skilled and passionate technical experts who are dedicated to their craft. As we have been designing and producing HVAC equipment for over 40 years, many of our employees have been with us throughout the many industry fluctuations of the past four decades.
Our factory was renovated to its current capacity back in 2022, where it was officially opened by the Princess Royal on her visit to award us with The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise: International Trade.

Our products are all rigorously tested in our state-of-the-art testing facility. The 2000 square feet space allows us to emulate real-world extreme environments, reaching up to 55°C dry bulb and 35°C wet bulb. This ensures that our products are able to deliver under even the most extreme conditions, giving peace of mind to our clients as they are invited to watch from the viewing platform as our expert engineers interpret the results.
This feature is particularly popular for EcoAir Box, a separate trading division of Excool Ltd. EcoAir Box’s heat pumps are supporting the commercial and residential shift away from gas boilers towards decarbonisation, future-proofing heating solutions while protecting the planet. EcoAir Box’s R290 ASHP 4 pipe system can simultaneously heat and cool to supply different zones, making it the perfect companion to our Airstream – C range to meet all of your ventilation needs in the same building, such as in a leisure centre.
